Dr. Jordan Keys is the Associate Dean of Research Collaboration and Innovation at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where she leads initiatives that foster interdisciplinary research and inclusive academic environments. She also co-leads a private practice in Midtown Manhattan with her colleague, Keys.
Board-certified in both Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, Jordan brings a holistic and systems-based approach to healthcare. Her professional passions lie in advancing osteopathic medicine, exploring the structural and systemic factors that contribute to health disparities—including structural racism and LGBTQIA+ healthcare inequities—and integrating somatic approaches to trauma care. She is currently completing an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification through The Embody Lab.
Jordan has developed and implemented curricula focused on structural competency and cultural humility, and she continues to advocate for trauma-informed, inclusive spaces in both clinical and academic settings. Her work is grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves and the systems we operate within is key to creating environments where everyone can thrive.
